Kristina Kalaydjian has been in Escrow since 2001. She comes from a family of
Escrow Managers/Officers and Mortgage/Loan Brokers who have been in the industry
for over thirty years. Kristina initially started her career at a Title owned
Escrow Company and then went on to form and operate a D.R.E Escrow Company.
After experiencing every aspect of escrow, it was time for her to start her own
D.O.C. Escrow Company, Contact Escrow, Inc. With the loyalty of her devoted
clients and the endless support from her family, this company is destined to
grow by leaps and bounds. Kristina sends a special thanks to her husband and
mother for their unsurpassed devotion in forming her dream.
Elisa Lozano has been in the real estate industry since 1984. She has been
involved in every aspect of the industry from title insurance, real estate
licensee, escrow and sales. She has spent the last fifteen years as an escrow
tech person. Her last two positions have been managing escrow departments for
two title companies in Ventura County. Lisa has handled many major accounts for
commercial, new home builders, and residential lending. Her primary objective is
to secure and maintain the closings for the top agents in our area. With a new
concept such as an independent escrow company, Contact Escrow, Inc., she hopes
to sell, grow and maintain a quality and quantity of business that will sustain
the current market.
Ronnie Montana has been in the Escrow and Title industry for the past six years.
He comes from a family who has been in this industry for over thirty years. His
mother, who is also his mentor, is an Escrow Guru and his sister who has been an
Escrow Manager for several years, together have taught him everything he knows
about the business. He started in title as a Sales Assistant and one year later
landed a position as an Escrow Assistant. Two years after being an Escrow
Assistant, he built a book of business and moved on to running a desk of his
own. Opening 100 Escrows his very first month. Ronnie is proud to say that in
the past five years he has been able to maintain a clientele that consists of
hardworking, honest, mortgage brokers that provide him with consistent business.
His endless love for his wife and daughters & Pure Determination give him the
Energy and Edge, to make a difference in his Escrow career.
I have over 16 years experience in the title and escrow industry.
the bulk of my transactions are Re-Sale (including short sales) and Refinance.
My job is to ensure our customers are provided a smooth escrow
and a successful close. A real estate transaction is like a big
puzzle where all the pieces need to come together within a
certain timeframe. Communication, resourcefulness, knowledge,
and superior customer service are the keys. I strive everyday to
give that excellent service.
